These terms cover websites built and hosted by ProWebs for our clients. They're written in plain English on purpose.

The free demo

We'll build a demo homepage using your business name and details before you pay anything. There's no obligation to go ahead.

Going live

If you'd like to proceed, we agree a setup fee and a monthly fee upfront — see Pricing. The monthly fee covers hosting, security, backups and reasonable changes.

No lock-in

You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. There's no minimum contract term and no exit fee. The website and domain are yours.

What we ask of you

We need accurate business details and, where relevant, permission to use your logo, photos and reviews on the site we build for you.

Liability

We aim for the site to be fast, secure and reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be free of every fault at all times. We'll fix issues promptly when you tell us about them.
