Refund Policy

This policy covers the setup fee and monthly fee described in our Terms. It's written in plain English, same as everything else here.
The free demo
You don't pay anything for the free demo homepage, so there's nothing to refund at that stage. You only pay once you've seen it and decided to go ahead.
Setup fee
If you change your mind after paying the setup fee but before your site goes live, we'll refund it in full. Just email us. Once your site has gone live, the setup fee is non-refundable, because the work has been delivered.
Monthly fee
The monthly fee covers hosting, security, backups and reasonable changes on a rolling basis. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice and there's no exit fee (see Terms). Fees already paid for the current billing period aren't refunded, and we won't charge you again once your notice period ends.
