This notice explains how ProWebs ("we", "us") handles the personal information you give us through this website. We keep it short and only collect what we need to do the job.

What we collect

When you fill in our demo request form or contact us, we collect your name, business name, trade, and the phone number or email address you give us. If you call, email or WhatsApp us, we keep a record of that enquiry.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, build your demo site, and carry out any work you ask us to do. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

This site uses only essential functionality and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie consent banner. See our Cookie Notice.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and tax obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@prowebs.org and we'll sort it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
